Something not working, or a question the answers below do not cover? Write to us. A real person reads it, and you will hear back.

We usually reply within two working days, and always within five.

The four things people write in about

Delete your account

Open the app, then Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Type your username to confirm and your profile and its data are removed. If you cannot get into the app, use the page below instead.

Delete your account without the app

Manage a subscription

Repetiq Plus is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so it is cancelled where you bought it. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

Open Apple subscription settingsOpen Google Play subscriptions

Restore a purchase

Open the app, then Settings, then Support, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same store account you bought with, because purchases follow the store account rather than the Repetiq one.

Report a problem

Tell us what happened, what you expected instead, and which phone and OS version you are on. That is almost always enough for us to reproduce it, and it saves an email each way.

Common questions

Is Repetiq free?
Yes. Repetiq is free to download and free to play, and every category and every question is there from the start. Repetiq Plus is an optional subscription that adds unlimited review sessions, deeper statistics, exclusive themes, and a monthly gem stipend. The learning content itself is never behind a paywall.
What is spaced repetition?
It is the practice of reviewing something just before you would have forgotten it. Repetiq schedules every question separately. Get one right and the gap grows, from a day, to six days, then longer each time. Get it wrong and it comes back tomorrow. Hard questions resurface sooner than easy ones, without you having to sort them.
How long is a round?
As long as you want it to be. A round is ten questions unless you change it, and you can set it anywhere from five to thirty. Whatever you pick, it is meant to be short enough to finish in one sitting rather than something you have to make time for.
Do I need an account?
Yes. The account is what lets your progress, streak, and rank follow you between devices and appear on the leaderboards. You can sign in with Apple or with an email address and a password.
Does it work without a connection?
Yes. Questions you have played recently are cached on the device, and a bank of questions ships inside the app, so you can always start a round. Anything you answer offline is submitted the next time you are online.
What languages does it support?
The app is fully translated into English, Spanish, French, German, Greek, and Russian. Questions themselves can also be translated on your device into whichever of those you choose.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. You will be asked to type your username to confirm, and your profile and its data are removed. If you cannot open the app, you can request the same thing at repetiq.app/delete-account. There is nothing else to file and no one to email first.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone running iOS 18 or later. The Android build has its own minimum, and it will be listed here alongside the Play release.

Something we got wrong

Found a question with a wrong answer, a bad translation, or a category that has drifted? Send it over with the question text if you can. Content corrections go to the front of the queue, because a wrong answer that gets scheduled for review is a wrong answer you are being taught on purpose.
