Delete your account
This removes your profile, your statistics, your progress, your leaderboard entries and your preferences. It cannot be undone, and there is no grace period where we quietly keep it in case you change your mind.
The fast way, in the app
Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Type your username to confirm. It happens straight away.
If you cannot open the app
Email repetiq@gmail.com from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you, delete everything, and write back to say it is done. We aim to do this within two working days and we are required to complete it within 30.

Cancel your subscription separately. Repetiq Plus is billed by Apple or by Google, not by us. Deleting your Repetiq account does not stop that billing. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings or your Google Play subscriptions before you delete.
A few records have to stay. Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as Greek law requires, currently five years. They are not linked to a live profile and they are not used for anything else. Everything else goes.
